Whichever style of pizza you choose you can be sure that you will enjoy
one of the tastiest pizzas in town. We start all our pizzas with our own
specially made dough created from the finest flour supplied exclusively
for us by Heygates, one of the leading and largest family owned flour millers
in Europe.
Our flour is made from carefully selected Canadian and European wheat to give the high quality characteristics that create the freshest, lightest pizza crust.
Our Snappy Tomato Sauce
We prepare our tomato sauce from the finest Portuguese tomatoes. The combination
of long sunny days, fertile soil and expert growers who select the perfect
moment to harvest their tomatoes produces the best quality tomato sauce
available. The tomatoes are taken directly to specialist production facilities
and cooked and canned within hours of being picked from the field and without
any additional flavouring or additives.*
Unlike some other pizza companies we only add our secret blend of herbs and spices as each batch of sauce is needed in store. This is to ensure that the flavours are not degraded over time in the can. The full flavour of each freshly made batch of sauce is then allowed to develop in the chiller for a minimum of 12 hours before use.
To ensure that just the right amount of tomato sauce is used on all our pizzas each store works to a standard portion listing using special flat bottomed ladles that spread exactly the right amount of pizza sauce evenly over the dough base.
We then take that little extra care to create that special Snappy flavour with a sprinkling of oregano over the tomato sauce and just a hint of garlic added to the crust of the pizza to give that extra taste sensation.

Our Snappy Cheese
Our cheese is produced exclusively for Snappy Tomato Pizza by Dansco Dairy Products, the UK's leading manufacturer of Mozzarella cheese. Dansco Dairy Products, situated in one of Europe's largest milk producing areas in West Wales, collect from local dairy farms situated within 30 miles radius of their state of the art factory, so guaranteeing the highest quality standards with cheese produced from twice daily milk collections.
Our cheese is specially shredded and frozen within minutes of being made and then shipped to our warehouse for distribution to our stores. When it arrives in our stores it is defrosted slowly in refrigerated conditions for 48 hours to allow the completion of the maturation process and development of all the flavours to ensure that it is in peak condition ready to make your pizza as soon as we receive your order.
Our Toppings
We source all our toppings from the best suppliers the world can offer. Our Pineapple is grown in the tropical climate of Thailand. Our Jalapeno Peppers come from their natural home, Mexico. Our Pepperoni is produced in one of the world's leading specialist production facilities located in Denmark and this company also supplies our Ham, Bacon, Chilli Beef and Spicy Pork Toppings which are produced to the same high standards.
This same attention to detail is applied to the sourcing of all our toppings. So whether it is our golden Sweetcorn ripened in the south asia sunshine, Tuna from sustainable sources around the world, Anchovies and the sweetest tastiest Olives from Spain or any of our other toppings you can be sure that we are bringing you the best available.
All our vegetable toppings, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Red & Green Peppers, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cucumbers, Courgettes and Aubergines etc are all purchased fresh from suppliers local to each of our stores. We do not use pre-prepared vegetables so we can guarantee that your pizza will only be made with the freshest possible ingredients.
Ice Cream
As a special treat all our stores stock a large range of Haagen-Dazs premium Ice Creams which are also included in most of our highly popular and Great Value Meal Deals. In some stores, for a limited time, we have also introduced a range of Ben & Jerry's Ice Creams for you to try. If you like the additional range then we will look at adding these to the menu on a more permanent basis and increasing the number of stores where it is available.
